A self-taught instrumentalist and film composer, Liverpool born and raised, John Murphy has been behind some of the most iconic film scores to date. Working with directors Guy Ritchie (Snatch, Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels) & Danny Boyle (28 Days Later & Sunshine) in the early days, to most recently scoring the latest Suicide Squad film which is set to be released later this year. John began his music career in the 1980s firstly playing in bands which allowed him to tour globally and from then on, that's when his scoring path really started to build momentum.
